Meditation has been a part of my life for many years. I’m not sure where I’d be without it. Perhaps like many people, suffering brought me to the meditation cushion and what keeps me there, is the sense of stability that meditation can bring in challenging times. It brings a richness to my life and supports me to get better at ‘being with what is’ (always a work in progress!). When I guide meditation, I feel that it’s informed by the life I have lived and the varied work I have done (along with teacher training). There is always more to learn, so my practice of sharing meditation is continually evolving. I support people to access a calm space within, I guide meditation in a way that is supportive for those at risk of burnout. I work with individuals, small groups and organisations.
