I hope you enjoy these meditation recordings. There are loads of wonderful meditations freely available out there and many of these have additional background calming music (e.g. binaural/brown noise). I have intentionally recorded the meditations below, in a natural setting, without background music. I am of the belief that guided meditation without calming ‘add ons’ such as music can be advantageous and this is the tradition I practice and have trained in.
