With a background in anthropology and mental health, I’ve long been drawn to liminal spaces — those transformative, often tender, places of transition that seemingly exist outside of the ‘ordinary.’
People often come to work with me during life transitions. These moments — when we’re between roles, relationships, health states, life stages — are where deep transformation becomes possible. We can navigate these transitions and better understand them through meditation, various healing modalities, and self-inquiry. My work is informed by more than 20 years of work in the field of mental health and my studies and practice of Buddhism. I gently weave Buddhist themes through my work such as impermanence, interconnectedness, equanimity, compassion and loving-kindness.
My intention is to meet you exactly where you are and there is no ‘trying’ to get anywhere., no striving. Whether you're navigating a shift, holding grief, seeking clarity, or simply longing for some peace — I offer a space to soften, reflect, and reconnect with a deeper sense of ease, purpose, and happiness. A returning home to wholeness.
