Hi I’m Meagan

With a background in anthropology and mental health, I’ve long been drawn to liminal spaces — those transformative, often tender, places of transition that seemingly exist outside of the ‘ordinary.’

People often come to work with me during life transitions. These moments — when we’re between roles, relationships, health states, life stages — are where deep transformation becomes possible.

We can navigate these transitions and better understand them through meditation, ritual, and energy work. My offerings are informed by 25 years of work in the field of mental health, my studies and practice of Buddhism, mentoring with various healers and deep intuitive listening.

My intention is to meet you exactly where you are and there is no ‘trying’ to get anywhere., no striving. Whether you're navigating a shift, holding grief, seeking clarity, or simply longing for some peace — I offer a space to soften, reflect, and reconnect with a deeper sense of ease, purpose, and happiness.

A returning home to wholeness.
