In these one-on-one intuitive healing sessions, I create a gentle, sacred container for you to soften, release, and reconnect. Each session is uniquely guided by your energy in the moment, and I draw upon a range of healing modalities to support your personal journey.

 

Central to my work are the Tibetan singing bowls, ritually blessed by my teacher to support my healing work. My teacher, Venerable Lobsang Lama Tendar, is a Tibetan Buddhist Lama and Healing Master. These sacred instruments are infused with centuries of healing lineage, and are used to bring the body, mind, and spirit into harmony. Their vibration gently clears blockages, calms the nervous system, and restores balance on a cellular level.

 

Alongside Tibetan Sound Healing, I intuitively weave in Reiki, guided meditation, breathing techniques, personalised rituals, and intuitive guidance, all drawn upon to meet your exactly where you are. Whether you are navigating stress, emotional overwhelm, spiritual stagnation, or simply seeking a moment of deep rest, these sessions are designed to return you to your own inner wisdom and healing capacity.
