Feel like life is moving too fast?

This is a gentle weekday pause from the pace of everyday life, a safe and nurturing space for just 8 participants.

Held at a stunning country retreat, the Peninsula Retreat House, this day is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself—through guided experiences, restorative space, and time to simply be.

We will be working with the theme—‘Resting with earth element’.

What to expect:

Earth element medicine: A Tibetan Sound Healing journey that supports deep rest.

Learn about earth energies + walking meditation activity (weather permitting).

Your Facilitator

Meagan Wilson is a meditation teacher, sound healing practitioner and group facilitator with over 25 years of experience in mental the health field. Her work is informed by long-term study in psychology, anthropology, Buddhism and one to one mentorship with teachers from a range of contemplative and spiritual traditions. She facilitates workshops and immersive experiences that weave together meditation, sound, ritual and contemplative practice to support reflection, connection and wellbeing.
